"What a wonderful company to do business with. I thought Id have to exchange the shoes for a different size as they were too snug with thick socks. However, I realized that I wouldnt be wearing these shoes with thick socks, and I am very satisfied with the fit when I have on hose or regular pant socks. I spoke to two of their representatives and my concerns were dealt with immediately and efficiently. They were even going to let me use another shipping option to get the exchanged shoes (which I ended up not getting) to me quicker as UPS seems to take quite a while with ground shipping here in Alaska.
